Hi Whenever you feel fear or tense just close your eyes, sit in a quiet place and do pranayama, just 10 min breathing exercise.. 4-5 times in a day. It will help in calming down your excess thoughts and emotions Do 15min meditation daily. Do prayers before going to bed. Drink lots of water and keep hydrated, eat healthy foods. Have self confidence that you will do better in exams instead of thinking negative outcomes. Take saraswatarishta 20ml in equal water twice a day.
