Is chewing Basil bad for our body and teeth? What is the best way to have them for complete benefit?? Chewing or gulp it?

Can someone really help me with inchloss I have my marriage in November And m going on increasing by inches No change in the weight though. Plus after doing 2 weeks of skipping, severe knee pain had developed too.

For couple of weeks i am applying curry leaves oil on my scalp and leave it overnight But from tomorrow i am noticing i am having hairfall Previously i didnt have much hairfall As per my knowledge curry leaves oil is very useful for hair But why in my case the reverse is happening? Should i stop using curry leaves? Please help

My dad has started taking noni juice daily 2 times,with normal bp and diabetes medicine(english) but still his bp is 160 and sugar is high after food its( 400) before food is (200). What is the problem.he complains of head ache and heaviness in head. And he takes the following medicines Morning(cressar plus,prominad,and hmet g4 and insulin 15 units) And night (hmetg4 forte a d insulin12 units )and( rosulip after food) normal diet and exercise he does.

I had a pain in wrist of right hand on ulnar side wrist I can rotate my hand and even i can bend but when I try to push my plam and get up from the floor it pains not on whole wrist only on side wrist no swelling no think when I went to one ayurveda doc she said it's not vatt and went to orthopedic and took x ray he said nerve compression and later on the pain gone in 4 weeks after applied heat Nd all..
