Are there any positive effects of intermittent fasting and 24-hour fasting on the gastrointestinal system? Please advise.

Currently i am suffering from stomach problems(gastric and constipation). I am skinny girl. If i'll take Triphala, Will it make me more skinny? If yes, thn what is the best substitute of triphala? (What is the best timing of taking Triphala- before sleep or in the morning empty stomach)

I have small brown bumps all over my legs and spots also for the last so many years  . It looks like kerotosis polaris and i have tried so many home made remedies but nothing worked for me. Kindly suggest me some good cream or medication to remove this completely.

Hi Doctor I wanted to know the dosage and instructions to take avipattikar churna for reflux esophagitis (Gerd) problem I'm taking PPi tablets and gaviscon syrup from 2 months but i have will having pain in chest and upper abdomen area so i heard from my cousin about this ayurvedic avipattikar churna and bought it today can u please help me about the dosage and how long should i take this?

Can she come out of this situation fast? Will she be able to do all her house hold work, Is it curable without medication, do she need to be admitted ?

I have been having constant headaches for the past 7 to 10 years. It comes and goes but it's always there are the background.

I suffering from from acidity,anxiety,heart palpitations from  June last year.it became less in october past year...but again came back in August 2019.iam having disinterest in everything,having palpitations in head,arm,chest every now and then.iam also having sudden heartbeat 'thump' like feeling in chest.what could be the reason?
