I'm having chest pain or burning stomach with loose stool(semisolid)coz I had diarrhea and constipation for 5 and 10 days respectively, 4 months back which made my digestion weak. Can anyone tell me which medicine should I try??

My body is pitta type...i havent got problem of acidity... should i take aarogya vati daily for balancing dosha??if yes, then how many times i need to take it..??

I am 31 year old female having 3 year old child. i stay at home. i am following a low carb diet with 1 hour workout daily. its been only 5 days and i have been feeling a lot tiredness and a little acidity at night. i was wondering if i need any multivitamin supplement like spirulina having no side effects which can energise me. and also some colon cleansing tablet or churan like triphala/guggal? but i want to consult some ayurvedic doctor first before starting any of these so as to know if i even need these ? if yes then dosage and when to consume?

I m 38 year old Male. Thall minor. I am taking medication Steroid and topical cream etc.,for bald patches on beard 4 patches and head 1 patch. Simultaneously I am facing stressful life issue, slightly raised TSH 5.2, increase,chronic fatigue ,Low Hb 9.5. I want to know that whether Ayurveda has something for me for these issues .whether beard can regrow in bald patches.

They have given small amounts of Kanji and given small enema at 8:15 am.Mam. By mistakenly they gave me breakfast they said then 9:15 enema got removed by Anus. As  i taken breakfast is there any issues mam. Will it be effective Is there any issues as I taken 100 ml enema (dhanwanthram mezhpakkam).

I don't have opened pores since I started using kumkumadi oil in face for clearing scars..well it cleared but after 6 months skin slowlys strted to breakout.

I'm having burning sensation in stomach. I was given kumariasav but it feels like it increase burning sensation. Does it do that? what shoud I do?
