Hello my friend, Your BMI is good. So, no issue. Provided if you're not having any other illness. You can go for it if you're so much determined to do so.  But take care of these things, * Drink atleast 3 liters of water a day. * Out of which 1 liter or atleast 500 ml of water with electrolytes. * Don't do any heavy work-out or a physical exertion. * Meditate. * Quit, if you feel dizzy, fatigue, headache or severe weakness. * Have light meal to break the fast. * Don't over eat or consume heavy meal immediately after the fast. All the best...! Contact for more details.
