Copper water
Everyday in the morning i used to drink TRIPHALA WATER.. One of my relative suggest me to drink copper water in the morning .. So which one should i drink first?? TRIPHALA WATER OR COPPER WATER??

Depends on what effect you need from this.? Copper water has long term positive effect on general health. But there is a caution to be taken not to let any erosion greenish colored deposit to get formed on vessel you are using to put water in. Triphala water in cleansing in nature so it is only intended to be taken if you want cleansing effect. Consult in detail to get apropriate advice
