I have very thin &frizzy hair. Due to pcos problem  my hair falling alot. I want some ayurvedic or home redies to get thick hair .please suggest something

My husband having perianal abscess every 2-3 days which bursts itself and happens again from past 2 months ....though he is not having pain so much ....on consultation doctor diagnosed chronic fissure .. He is very scared of surgery.. till now doctor has not suggested surgery

First I had a pain in ulnar side right hand wrist in June and later on I had pain in ulnar side left hand wrist pain it's in august and now there is no pain as Iam taking med from ayurveda for the same I went to doc she done nadi pariksha and said there is minor vatt issue but it's not Sandi vatt or amaavatt but I searching in Google it showing most RA only and secondly now I have pain It means not constant its only for 1 or 2 sec in Ankel of both legs and than it's go no Moring stiffness and doing my daily work now my quest is I done my cbc were my Esr is 10 I will attach my cbc report anba my Uric acid also Normal but I took Crp which is high I don't know what to do is this related to RA factor

I applied honey on hair , deeply on scalp, does honey turns black hair into white?? My mom say my hair will turns white becuz iam applying hones does it's really turn's black hair into white??
