Suffering from piles, fissure and constipation. Feeling itching and cut sign in anus area. Also suffering from gastritis with h.paylori positive. Please suggest the best medicine so that my problem could be cured as soon as possible.

I'm taking vrihat vat chintamani for depression from almost 2 months with saraswatarisht and ashwagandharisht which I started taking 4 months back. What is there in Vrihat vat chintamani that it is helping me very much or is it ashwagandharisht+ Saraswatarisht which helped me after I started vrihat vat. Can anyone tell me that does it cure depression and other mental problems?? I did everything else which didn't help like yoga,diet etc
