I suffering from from acidity,anxiety,heart palpitations from  June last year.it became less in october past year...but again came back in August 2019.iam having disinterest in everything,having palpitations in head,arm,chest every now and then.iam also having sudden heartbeat 'thump' like feeling in chest.what could be the reason?

I have decided to go for 3 days water fasting. But is there any thing that I should take care of before and after the completion of water fasting. And how frequently should i drink water in a day ? My age is 36 and weight is 85kg, 6 ft height

I have fissure for last 3 months.  Doctor examined and said the cut is only 2mm. I have no sentinel tag. Only cut inside. Can ksharsutra be performed without sentinel tag?

I am suffering with swelling in my both kness(Water is present in my knee). When my age is 16 years my left knee is swelled. I didn't used any tablets for my pains. Recently 1 year back my right knee also started swelling, then I have used BRUHADWATHACHINTAMANI Tablets for 2 months, so that my pains have increased and I didn't followed strict pathya.Later I have used amavatari ras and sinhananda guggul for 3 months then pain is reduced but still their is swelling in my knee after that I have used sallaki xt tablet for 1 month the pain is reduced and again the pain is repeated. Now it is safe to use BRUHADWATHACHINTAMANI tablets for Rheumatoid arthritis???

Hello, how can we take liv52 to increase hunger and better digestion. Do liv 52 puts effect on liver and helps in detoxification... improves fn of liver.

I am having severe acidity since 6-7 months and constipation as well and from 70kg i have came to 58kg. i feel uncomfortable while breathing as well. I feel hungry but when i sit to eat the food doesnot goes down( maan nai karta khane ko) i feel like suffocating . I have small bumps as well in my throat. I have tried many medicine for acidity. So i want to know can i take kumarusav or amla aloevera(axiom) can help.
