My periods are scanty from almost 2 years now. It last only for 2 days and very less flow. I don't even require a sanitary pad it's that less but it comes on time, it's not delayed and never skipped. I am suffering from Fistula(5cm)..The doctor suggested to take medicines...After taking Antibiotics prescribed by General Surgeon it was gone. After one month again I'm able to experience the pain slightly..What would be the problem..should I get a surgery?
