Suffering with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 10years. Is their any best treatent in Ayurveda to cure it..

My vit d3 is low,7.54...What can be done for it..Im having body aches also and feeling fatigued and mild fever...Apart from that,Rbc,Platelets,ESR is also high,suggesting erythrocytosis,thrombocytosis..Hb is 11.2...What can be done..Kindly tell

He is suffering from Diabetes from last 3 years.. he has face a lot medicines and hospital treatments but still his sugar levels keeps on fluctuating and pancreas are not able to produce insulin.. please suggest me a ayurvedic herb or some ayurvedic medicine or a home remedy which can help him.. he takes insulin thrice a day.. he tried several ayurvedic medicines but it didn't show much difference and now he has made his mind that type 1 can not be cured but my gutt feeling tells me there is a cure somewhere.. please help me.. thankyou!

I want to take neem ghanvati but I do not know how to consume neem ghanvati should I take it empty stomach or after meal

Hello doctor, We all know that  Ashwagandha powder in ayurveda is a very effective medicine. But it is very difficult to take due to it's bitter taste and it's tablet or capsule is not so effective as compared to it's powder form. So I want to ask only one thing is that whether Ashwagandha mother tincture in homeopathy is as effective as Ashwagandha powder in ayurveda or it is slightly less effective than it's powder form. Kindly reply.
