Does taking maha triphala gritham reduce the inflammation i have in my right eye Also my both eyes are dry..so will i get relief.. I have been told that this condition will remain lifetime bt i want to improve it.. N what other measures i can take?

Can i take Aswagandha and milk tistle together. And please suggest timing doses for both the medicine. And are they benificial for depression. I wanted to take both in a day.

I'm taking treatment for depression from an Ayurvedic doctor. He gave me an ark & capsule(supragya) having medhya rasayan in it with ashwagandharisht. I'm much better but not completely fine. He is adding either vat kulantak ras or vrihat vat chintamani alternatively with honey. I just want to know the use of both and are they both used for same purpose? Does it help in depression? I ordered  amla juice of Patanjali for early aging of hair.is it's consumption is helpful.I searched some websites it is shown that Patanjali uses sodium benzoate with vitamin C which is carcenogenic.Can u suggest me is it safe for consumption or not? I attached the screenshot also.
