I am getting ulcers in mouth and tongue on regular basis. Though it goes in 2-3 days it is painful. Request you to help me with ways to prevent the same. Hi, i m 24 yrs old unmarried. I am perfectly healthy ...my hands skin colour is the darkest in my body and it looks so odd..since i never apply any cream or sunscreen on my hand since childhood before going out dats why my hand and neck appear the darkest and it looks weird...Pls suggest any essential oil or some natural oils ( since its winters ) to apply on my hand and neck to make my hand white like the rest of my body..??
