My height is 5 ft 8 inch my weight is 92 so i am overweight also having high blood pressure problem from last 4 years approx 140 /90 generally taking telplus tablet for it (allopathic ) but now i want to reduce weight and blood pressure so plz tell me should i start taking dalchini powder or methidana powder for this or any other treatment

Since long time i am suffering from again and again stomach infection which cause frequent motions, mucus in motions, cramp, pain Lost 8 kg weight as well. Taking allopath but no relief. Now having constipation since 10 days stomach not getting clean properly, mucus, loose stools, bloating. People say ayurveda works better in stomach issues looking for good Ayurveda Dr in NCR. Allopathic Drs have different opinions. Most of them saying its Ibs.

I get congestion problem in throat while lying down to sleep. This leads to problem in breathing and hence can't sleep. There are two causes leading to this, one is gastric trouble I have and I also get cough formation fast. I get cough formation whenever I had to sit in AC and also consume something cold.
