Sugar alternatives
I am diabetic patient. I take stevia drops in alternative for refined sugar. Is it right. For children what can be alternative of sugar for milk. Which company is good of stevia

It is not suggestive to take stevia. Its causes confusion in the digestive system leading to abnormal secretions of enzymes. Milk is already sweet by nature and according to Ayurved, nothing needs to be added into it.

Diabetes at this age can be reversed. Taking alternatives dont help, rather plan for a good diet and lifestyle. For kids or adults the natural sugar in fruits is enough to fix the calories required.

Alternative are not time tested and metabolism reacts in same way that like u had sugar so ur goals must be not to cheat but reverse Scenario with well planned diet n exercise and routine as ur just 40
