I want to take any regular ayurvedic medicine to regularise periods in time ..please suggest something which can be used everyday with better result

Sir I wanted to know without  testimg a person can say that I have vatt issue Bcz the doc not tested me Seeing the pulse rate is enough  to say that I have Sandivatt And I have only pain in my left hand and that too in ulnar pinky since of the wrist first he said this is called carpal tunnel  syndrome  and later on he said this is call in ayurveda  launguage  Sandi vatt I consulted the ayurveda doc only but I don't have any swelling and all in this pain is this really a arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome just seeing a pulse rate shown the person is suffering from arthritis

Is there any treatment in Ayurveda for chronic leaky gut Or only allopathy can cure this kindly suggest me. Can leaky gut be cured by Ayurveda???

I am suffering from chronic IBS-C ( constipation). It means every day routine / bowel movement timings are changing.  Particularly when I take antibiotics it harms me more I have to be supported by probiotics often. Diet, vitals, physical activities  are fine. No blood, no pain , no mucus in stool. And it's genetic. Question is Can I try trphala churn or tablets? Generally aurvedic and herbal medicine causing pain and more irregularity in routine for me. Plz reply

In June I had a pain in right wrist in ulnar pinky since when I move upwards it pains and it gone after 4 weeks and now in August 28 I had a pain in same ulnar pinky side wrist but this time it is left wrist no swelling no redness I went to doc my pulse rate was 96 and he said that u have Sandi vatt and it will cure 100% curable as it is early stage but Iam confused that it is really curable doc and wanted to know is sandhivatt and rheumatoid arthritis are same I attached the med and prescription could this really help me

Around 3 months back I started getting rashes on my body went to dermatologist for it. She prescribed medicines which worked for me but once the course is completed I m getting rashes again sometimes even during the course also. Need suggestions to clear these allergy completly from my body . From past 3 months I have taken so many medicines for it.

Can neem ghanvati and giloy ghanvati be consumed after meal or should it be taken on an empty stomach
