Which is the best clinic in India providing kshar karma treatment? Plz note it is not kshar sutra but kshar karma only.

I am suffering with Rheumatoid pain from 6 years. Both my knees are swallon(i.e water is present in my knee). 6 months before I have used Gufic sallaki Xt tablet for one month. After using it the pain is reduced, When I stop the medicine the pain is increased. By using the medicine I have suffered with over hair fall. At present doctor prescribed me to use gufic 400 MG Mr tablet. Is it safe  to use this medicine???If I used it again hair fall will repeated??
