I am suffering from psoriasis it covers foot legs elbow hand and full scalp i am suffering from last 3 years

Can anyone please tell me is there permanent cure for psoriasis in ayurveda. I saw in add recently about chakrasiddh medicine for psoriasis. Will it work or is there any side effects

Is hepetitis b is curable in ayurveda or only treatable...will blood test report show negative result after treatment???

I have 4 4 mm stones in kidney. 3 at left and 1 at right. I am taking neeri tablets along with gokshuradi modakka ayurvedic medicines. I was feeling tired for a long time hence took a blood test. In that, vitamin D is very low I.e 11. Now my question is how do I improve my vitamin D. Can I take supplements . Will it have impact on my kidneys or will it affect the function

Hello. I'm having itchy scalp and dandruff. Due to dandruff, there's hairfall. I've thick hair of medium length. How often should I wash and oil my hair. Right now, I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and parachute coconut hair oil. Which hair oil and shampoo and conditioner do you recommend me for treating dandruff and itchy scalp? Your advice will be appreciated.

I am using sensodyne tooth paste for 2 months then it is ok and after using other tooth paste sensitivity starts again what should I do ?
