I've done ksharsutra aryuvedic treatment it's been 3 days now but it's paining like hell I've done it for my 7 piles can you suggest some remidies to free from that pain how many days the pain will last ???

Having loss of energy and feverish feeling(body slightly warm)...Also slight giddiness and weakness is there..Had blood tests done...RBC,Platelets,ESR is high=27(Normal range for ESR as mentioned in reports-0-19)My vit d3 is low 7.54...What is the cause behind increase in RBC,Platelets and ESR..Does it mean that some kind of active infection is there inside the body?Kindly reply..

My periods are scanty from almost 2 years now. It last only for 2 days and very less flow. I don't even require a sanitary pad it's that less but it comes on time, it's not delayed and never skipped.
