I won't feel hungry at all in tis season from past four to five year I'm having same problem I won't feel hungry in tis season .I always have headache and nausea in tis season how to cure it .and I feel my stomach is very tight I eat all healthy food but still problem persists

Also I was taking ayurvedic medicine through jiva and for last 20 days I left to eat rice. Potato, and sugar. Daily I go for walking and doing exercise daily. Since a week i am having white patch like there were small dots like which are gone and thre is one white patch on my lower lips since a week no pain no burning nothing. i dont smoke, drink nothing. i have gastritis. So what is the reason.

I have asked earlier but I didn't get proper answer. I just want to know that are they both used for mental illness? I was suicidal and allopathic didn't help. Ayurvedic meds have helped me. I'm much better. I have been given both alternatively twice and I'm unable to identify that which one helped me. What are they used for? which one is better? Are they used commanly in practice for depression? Which "one" should I continue with ashwagandharisht + saraswatarisht +, etc for better results. Plz explain in detail
