White patch like on lips
Since a week i am having white patch like there were small dots like which are gone and thre is one white patch on my lower lips since a week no pain no burning nothing. i dont smoke, drink nothing. i have gastritis. So what is the reason.

Mouth sours are due to excessive pitta formation in body according to Ayurveda (i.e excessive heat in body )
