Always only Chyavanprash is not beneficial to improve immunity. There are many rasayana (anti oxidant & rejuvinating) kalpas (formulas) mentioned in grantha which are in same form as far as palatibility is concerned but we can choose smartly personalized form.
We can provide personalized medicines to take with ghee & honey in specific quantity, which is much more effective.
Suvarnaprashan is also good option for this but in grantha there are many suvarnaprashan yog (formulas) explained. We have developed best and innovative vision to choose specific yog or formula for specific individual, which gives ultimate results.
Next Steps
Avoid chyavanprash during any active infection. Dosage should be taken as per ayurveda practitioners advise.
