Hello...taking chyavaprasam in summer will not create any problems. Taking milk along with chyavaprasam is also advisable.
My advice is to take triphala gritam in the morning and chyavaprasam at night with milk.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy and oily food
Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet
Drink plenty of water.
Health Tips
Applying oils like triphaladi tailam, chandanadi tailam etc will help to keep the body cool..

Yes you can eat in summer, but the result is better in cold season.
In Auyurveda, we classify all eatables as cold and hot.
Chaywanprash has many ingredients that are hot and only to be used in cold climate.
Keeping this in mind we should stop eating Chawanprash in summers and reintroduce in the diet when temperature fall to 25 degrees C downward.
But if your body will not show any adverse effects of using chyawanprash in summers then you can continue it but with half dosage.
Hi
