On empty stomach I'm taking alovera +Amla juice(once a day) ... ND after workout I'm taking triphala ghrit(once a day) .... ND before breakfast I'm taking.... Medhor vati.... Before food.... Medhor vati ( 2times a day) After food... Triphala guggulu ND Amla rasayan +saptaamrit lauh wth honey.. (2times a day)... For eye disorders ND immune system.. Bt i want to include chyawanprash in my diet atleast once a day... I'm thinking to take chawanprash before bed or on Evng 5pm!! Cn u plz help me ? No pblm wth this Ayurvedi medicines.. .. Just tell me how should I include chyawanprash in my diet.? If I take before bed the sleeping tym vl be late Because after food I want to take triphala guggulu ND Amla rasayan +saptaamrit lauh mix honey... Better to take 1 tsp chyavanaprasam at bed time with one glass of milk

If u take Chawanprash on empty stomach it is called Rasayan kal and Chawanprash is also an Rasayan so it will be more beneficial when take on that time... So in morning when u are wake from your bed after passing your stool taking 2 tsp of chawanprash....
Next Steps
If u r taking triphala ghrit keep one thing on ur mind that it is also have to take on empty stomach when ur agni is good...and after taking ghrita eat any thing if only u have hunger...

After seeing your all queries till now one thing i want to convey you that, you have misunderstood Ayurveda as only a Medical Science... and you are behind medicines... Age is too small.. dont spoil life behind medicines... Ayurveda is a life science.. it has a medicine knowledge and discrimination which may need  minimally in anybody's life if not followed Ayurveda... but taking medicines like this what you are doing is not a discrimination of good life... may harm you.. beware
