Hlo since 2014 I'm ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm (redness, dryness, heat etc etc etc) taken number of times steroids, Antibiotics etc etc etc..Bt no permanent results... Presently Nd since2014 I'm taking Distinon 60mg 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day..presently I'm totally fine only  tablets r ongoing thts all ND stopped taking steroids since 1yr.. Bt irritated with redness in eyes.. So I have taken triphala ghrit for 1mnth Nd stopped.. results are just fabulous.. ND presently since 2months I'm taking jeevanthyadi ghirit, saptaamrit lauh, jeevanya vati tab , ND before bed triphala churna.. Bt no results.. So I stopped all these medicines.. (ayurvedic) ND again started triphala ghrit nd  saptaamrit lauh I have a plan to take atleast 2/3months bt i want to include chyawanprash in my diet ...to build a strong immune system.. Bt how should I take chawanprash including triphala ghrit??? Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option?

You can take chyavan prash with milk in the morning and triphala ghrit in night
