Hello my friend, * वासावलेह - 1/4th teaspoon - thrice a day. It would be even more beneficial if you could drink Luke warm water after it. It acts as an expectorant, bronchodilator and has got antitussive properties. * Himalaya Septilin Table - 1 tablet twice a day. It's a natural immunity booster. * Steam inhalation is always advisable. You can add 2-3 drops of Eucalyptus oil in it. * Practice some breathing exercises. Get well soon...!
