Don't take churna for constipating for long time. That will increase dryness within intestine. Start drinking 25 - 30 ml castor oil instead at night. consult online with me on this platform for further medicines.

Long term use of any medication is not good for constipation. Better to check the cause of your problem and follow accordingly. Constipation can be due to less fibers or oil in diet, less water intake, less physical activity, improper food/sleep habits etc
You can take it when ever necessary.. Not recommended for daily use...

Hello,
You should stop using the churna continuosly.
As it is in a churna form, after long term administration, may cause dryness in intestine and you may become dependent on it.
It should be used whenever necessary and with correct Anupana like - Ghee, warm water etc.
Next Steps
You can modify your diet and lifestyle so that you don't need any medicine for constipation.
e.g. handfull of black currents or 2-3 dried figs soaked in ghee.
Health Tips
Do regular moderate exercise. Sedentary lifestyle worsens the constipation. Avoid day sleeping if present. Keep at least 3 hours gap betweeen two meals. Take 1 teaspoonful castor oil twice in a month to regularise bowel movements. Avoid tea, coffee and any other addictions.
