I need to know prakruti of eladi churna?
This is my continued question. As requested, I have shared a picture of the ingredients. I am having gastritis. When I am taking eladi churna, I feel a lot of body heat. Gastritis is a problem of excess heat. So, I need to understand how this will help?

Ela is good but other ingredients are ushna, u can avoid

7 out of 8 ingredients are of ushna prakriti and sharkara is of sheeta prakriti but it's half also...overall product is ushna in prakriti.
Maybe dose taken by you or timing is not correct or your issue actually have other root cause and you are getting medicine due to wrong diagnosis

Eladi choornam will increase the pitta element in your body. Since you have gastritis the medicine won't suit your body type.
