Tooth and Mouth Problems

Mai 2 bar teeth main krwa chuki hu phir bhi wo successful nhi ho rha.i m a muscular dystrophy patient..so suggest me some advice

I hear clicking sounds. Also my jaw deviates while opening. I also have facial asymmetry. I am attaching pictures of my teeth. Is it bcs of my teeth? If yes how can I fix it?

I am getting 4 unit crown on upper front incisors. I have to wear retainers with them. The retainers will be made with the measurement of the crowns so they can fit properly. However, I am afraid that the daily placing and removing of retainers (essix retainers) will loosen the crown and reduce its life. So what can be a solution to this problem?

Hi doctor. There is gap between teeth, gap is there in all teeth, gap is in only root side, other side no gap, because of this food getting inside. I am using small brush for cleaning this gap, but just roughly clean, not properly. Is there any other way for these gap, this can be fill by cement or any.
