Hello Maam.
This is a very common myth that any treatment to the teeth effects eyesight. It's not true. The blood and the nerve supply for the teeth and the eyes are completely different. So no matter what treatment you choose to do, it's not going to effect your eyesight. In fact braces or as we call it, Orthodontic treatment has never been reported to cause any changes in the eyesight or effected eyes in any way. I would recommend you to go ahead with your braces (orthodontic) treatment without any fear.
All the very best for your treatment. Please feel free to contact me for any queries.
Regards,
Dr. Arshita Singh (Orthodontist), Dentaire@BH, Dental Clinic, Road no 4, Banjara hills, Hyderabad.

Don’t worry you can undergo orthodontic treatment safely without affecting your eyesight.!!!
Your concern according to what I understand is that u are worried if extraction of your side teeth (premolars) will affect your eyesight.
There is no relationship between tooth extraction and vision.
Next Steps
Visit an orthodontist for a comprehensive treatment plan and various treatment options.
yes you can go for braces to get proper alignment in your teeth..braces doesnot affect eyesight..since its very low in your case..so first consult your doctor.
Normally braces are placed to correct the alignment of the teeth, initially you might feel little discomfort as the oral cavity willl take some time to adjust to it, you can expect slight increase in eye pressure, may be little redness for few days.
You just have to give little time to adjust to it, it's gonna be fine
