Tooth and Mouth Problems

It has been around a week that I had pain in my gums but it went away after I did salt water gargle. But after it only on the same inner gum I have red circular patches of around 5to 6 red circles...is it a symptom of cancer?

After nearly 2 years of my treatment for tmj disorder My orthodontist has noticed that my upper and lower molar teeth are going to touch with each other. Also now I am becoming able to chew food with more better way. Are these the signs of improvement from tmj disorder? If the treatment of tmj disorder via splint and braces do not work for me or make my condition worse then what symptoms I will experience? Please help...

Dear sir/madam ,i got my third molar extracted before 12 days . After 3 or 4 days of extraction I noticed that under and side of the socket gum is displaced and bone can be seen .See attached pic. My local dentist told me the gum is shifting towars hollow socket from side , if gum is not file in 28 days at the side the at that point bone is need to cut slightly .Please suggest what to do. I am applying metronidazole gel on it.

I have hurt my front lower gum very badly with brush 2 days back. It was so hard that blood started coming out. My gum is now hurting and seems like some puss has filled up.
