Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a bone graft problem i think it sataing so what should i do and this problems is in only front teeth

I fractured two upper central incisors in an accident (fractured about 3/4 of the teeth). I got root canal done on them. Now should I get them crowned even though it will require crowning my adjacent teeth as well making it a 4 unit crown (the healthy teeth will be lateral incisors supporting the fractured central incisors in the upper jaw) or should I get the teeth extracted (extraction of teeth is not needed as they are still fine but only fractured) and get dental implants?

Developed infection near teeth which had RC done few years back. Location is close to nasal cavity in upper jaw. Doctor suggested to have RC on 2 teeth and have legion removed via surgery with plate insertion between nasal cavity and dental area. Attached are the reports. Is surgery really needed?? Another way to do this???
