How can one determine whether he is getting his normal bite back or not (due to the treatment for tmj disorder) which was changed because of tmj disorder? Please help and tell me the signs of improvement from tmd.

I have hurt my front lower gum very badly with brush 2 days back. It was so hard that blood started coming out. My gum is now hurting and seems like some puss has filled up. Hi. I've been examining my mouth and noticed the upper part of my gums seem more red than the rest. Is this normal or should I be worried? As soon as I googled red gums it come up with pre cancer erythroplakia so I'm worried. Is this normal or something to worry about? Pics included. Thanks
