Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am suffering for tmj disorder problem. Now I don't feel any pain from my jaw joint, I just feel my bite is way off, facial muscles are tight and contracted and some neck and back discomfort with no such pain. Is there any problem in my jaw joint even now (as I don't feel any pain, jaw clicking or locking etc.)? Why the treatment time is so long for me? How can I stay mentally strong in this situation? Please help.

Will wearing retainers on permanent dental bridge (dental bridge is on upper front 4 teeth with middle two Pontic and one on each end as abutment) dislodge the bridge? Or will it affect the life of the bridge?

My facial symmetry has been changed totally as a result of excessive teeth clenching. Also I have some jaw joint and muscles problems. How can I come back my normal facial structure and normal bite? Can tmj splint give me my original bite and symmetrical normal facial structure (as I am being treated with splint and braces) or something else? What should I do now? Please help.

Dear sir recently I got rct of 3rd molar and I have to get it capped . I have heard that rct is not safe in long run and  there may be infection due to rct treated teeth since 100 per cent bacteria is not removed while rct which leads to heart attack and poor immune system and many other health issue  , sir is this true ? Should I get my third molar pulled out or get it capped ? After rct there is not pain in my molar ? What are symptoms if rct is not successful or rct treated tooth is infected ?

There is a veneer fixed on my tooth but now it is paining severly. I want permanent solution for this.

My dentist gave me fluoride treatment in-office and told me that my teeth may be sensitive due to multiple dental treatment especially crown, but no obvious symptoms. So I couldn't crown and do my night guard for the time being. He also said I needed fluoride to protect and strengthen my teeth, and to monitor my sensitivity for few months before going back to my dental check-up. If not, he will need refer me to see a specialist. Can I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth and rinse with fluoride mouthrinse and how long should I monitor for and using the toothpaste for sensitive teeth

Hi, how often should I go to my dentist for my dental check-up if I got tooth cavities and did crown and filling recently and having some sensitivity?

There's a pain in my gum which turns severe sometimes during the course of a day. Feeling this from past 2 days now. Any ways to know if this is any normal condition or needs treatment?
