How can one determine whether he is getting his normal bite back or not (due to the treatment for tmj disorder) which was changed because of tmj disorder? Please help and tell me the signs of improvement from tmd.

there should be no sound while clicking..
when you close your mouth..it should be closed in centric occlusion.
