Cheek bite
I have got a cheek bite which resulted in bruise in mouth with some blood. He blooding stopped immediately, but the pain has been consistent for last 2 days since I got the cheek bite.

Any traumatic ulcer usually takes up to 7 days for healing. Avoid spicy food in this duration and for temporary symptomatic relief you can use anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT.
Make sure that you do not avoid brushing your teeth because plaque accumulation can lead to secondary inflammation on that ulcer.
