Hello doctor i think that i might have cut my tongue Sometime back because there is a little thing hanging around my tough maybe the part that was bitten. im able to move it is like hanging there. i have attached the pictures please tell me how can i treat it. other times its fine it only hurts while eating or basically when it touches the teeth

we hv four cusps on molars....the two cusps towards the tongue side might b sharper....u must visit dentist n get thm round off...to avoid same problem in future

It’s just a wound caused due to the bite which has lead to an ulcer to form in that region. Apply Tess Mouth ulcer gel for the next 3-4 days.(thrice a day)
If the pain persists even after three days you can visit a near by dentist
