Tooth and Mouth Problems

Pain in lower premolar it starts today... While  sensitivity in upper premolar while eating hot or cold liquid or foods from 2 weeks before

From past few days i have been having these tingling sensations continously in my front lower teeth..i am not able to understand the cause behind this.. i dont brush that rashly that it would hurt my teeth this way neither having hot cold combinations..can you suggest..please

Sir/ mam,मैंने जनबरी में ऊपर के दांत का rct कराया था। लेकिन अभी 10 दिन पहले उसमें दर्द हुआ।डॉ ने मुझे 3 दिन दवाई खाने को कहा  ।छूने पर उस पर दर्द होता है तथा जड़ में गांठ था हल्की सूजन है। लेकिन फायदा न होने पर मैं लोक डाउन खुलने पर क्लिनिक गया। तथा xray करवाया जिसमे rct तो ठीक है लेकिन दांत के चारों तरफ इंफेक्शन है बोन लॉस भी है। अब मुझे फिर 3 दिन की दवाई दी है। Amoxicillin & potassium clavulanate 625 hai . दांत हल्का हिल भी रहा है मुझे क्या करना चाहिए ।इंफेक्शन से डरता हूँ कि ज्यादा न हो। या दांत को ही निकलना चाहिए।कृपया अपनी अमूल्य सलाह दे।🙏🙏

From three days I had throat pain,after doing gargle I am normal now but today I found that pressing with my finger near the tonsil,stones were coming out and I know there are lots of present.What should I do now as my throat is paining again

Sir मैंने 3माह पहले ऊपर के दांत का rct किया था। तथा कैप भी लगवा रखी है।लेकिन अब उसमें दर्द हो रहा है तथा हिल भी रहा है दांत की जड़ में सूजन भी हो रखी है जड़ में गांठ जैसी बन रखी है दबाने पर दर्द होता है। आजकल क्लिनिक भी बंद है 3 दिन एंटीबायोटिक भी ली है पर सूजन कम नही हुई है मुझे क्या करना चाहिए। कृपया अपनी अमूल्य सलाह देने की कृपा करें।

Hello, I have pain in the tooth gums, bleeding and swelling in the gingival gums, bleeding. I didn't use tooth brush for last 1 year . i use only my hand or neem stick for brushing . Tell home remedies for my problem that i  can't go out now. I will consult the doctor after April 14th..

Hello, I have cavity in my upper left wisdom tooth and it is really bothering me from past 3-4 days. I have to take atleast 2-3 painkillers (combiflam ) everyday but it is still really painful. I know the best treatment is the tooth extraction which is not possible right now because of the lockdown. I have tried gargling with salted water, betadine and clove oil and sensodyne but nothing seems to be working. The pain comes and goes and sometimes it is completely unbearable.  Is there anything else I can do or any other medicine that might help me to get through this until the lockdown is lifted ?

Good evening Dr Sebastian : I visited you on 17th March for toothache 46, 16 and 36. My appointment for RCT on 1st April has been cancelled as intimated. Kindly reschedule it at the soonest as I am bearing toothache without any medication for last 12 days. If some medicine can be prescribed for pain - I will be grateful. Hlo sir/mam...my child has 4years ...he have tooth decay in lower backside tooth ...dr ratnik aggarwal prescribe a gel toothpaste which is cheerio kids gel toothpaste but...it in not available in any medicial store or pharmacy...did u prescribe similar that one...which is easily available on pharmacies...
