Cheek swelling permanent for 2 years and dryness of mouth can be due to pathology related to parotid gland. Because of molar cavity, there is presence of sharp edges of tooth,on continuous interference of tongue to the sharp edge of tooth may produce pain/ulceration in tongue.
Next Steps
get molar cavity treated without further negligence look into the facial swelling eeason. at right side of face, can be due to parotid gland pathology
Health Tips
do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally. avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food soft diet do not neglect brushing after meal.

Swelling of d cheek and tongue problems are definitely due to your cavity of molar tooth. First get that treated ..and you will get relief. Yes it's possible to treat the tooth after this long also, after the lockdown get a thorough dental check up for the treatment options of the molar tooth. Dryness of the mouth might be because of your Bell's palsy history.
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygiene and take medication for the infection of the molar tooth. use of mouth wash is recommended.
