Does any other white lession have effect like stiffness and streching ...i think it is osmf ...cause every symptoms are maching ...can it be cured at this stage ...else everything in mouth is perfect ..i have stop every bad habit from 2 months like smoke alcohol and gutka ..will it be clear out ...due to lockdown i am nor finding a dental clinic nearby opened ...can i wait for lockdown to over or i should hurry up and consult someone ..?

Till then u are requested to avoid hot and spicy food ...don't smoke, drink alcohol or take gutka even in small dosage
Eat green vegetables ,fibrous food and drink lot of water.

Hello Sir , Welcome to Practo - As you have mentioned , Its OSMF indeed . It occurs due to beetle nut consumption ( pan ,gutka).
Fibrous convertion of the muscles making it look white in colour and results the stiffness.
Remedies :-
- You need to be patient it take months to heal .
- Avoid all form of beetle nut .
- Tab SM FIBRO
1 tab od x 15 days
- Dulimas oitmnet / 0.1% Tacrolimus Ointment. Apply 2-3 times daily.
- Mouth opening exercise
- Chew sugarfree chewing gum
