I can feel a slightly textured skin on one side of my inner cheek (buccal mucosa). It is not visible through naked eye because there is no discolouration. It is painless and I have no other symptom or discomfort whatsoever.
I live in Canada, it's getting extremely cold here so maybe due to dehydration.
But just wanted to get an opinion. Textured area is a small patch and not everywhere. I would describe the patch as 1 cm or less. It is not heavily textured, just feels different when I touch that area with tongue.
