White small dots on buccal mucosa
Hi, few small white dots have been observed on both sides of inner cheek, no pain or no roughness completely asymptomatic. May I know what it is or what causes it?

Hi , I understand you. So , According to your picture it looks like a case of fordys granule which are completely normal even though it may not be present on everyone. it may go away its own . It doesnt need any treatment (according to your picture) . nothing to worry

Those are fordyce granule. They are tiny sebaceous glands present in oral cavity . You can make out these in the inner surface of cheek and lips.they are usually normal and harmless

They are nothing but only the opening of small glands on inside of cheek. They are normally present and is not harmful and called as fordyce spots.So nothing to worry.

It looks like what we clinically call it as Fordyce's Granules, basically small salivary glands on the cheek, nothing alarming as far as seen from the photos
