Hi respected sir or mam I was getting burning sensation on gums or inside the chill don't y. I have a vitamin d 15.5 vitamin b12 is 257. Plz suggest some gel and vitamin tablet plz. Waiting for ur reply.

It's about one week that I have some extreme mouth Aphthous. It's not only annoying but also I can't eat anything. It happened after my dentistry days. I've got some times mouth Aphthous but this time they are bigger, more painful and in new areas in my mouth that I've never had them there. like my throat.

This problem of mine started from last 3-4yrs. I am getting recurrent aphthous ulcer every now and then. This appears spontaneous and resolve after a week or two. Like previously i used to get once in 5months approx, but now it has increased in its frequency..i get it once in every 2months or so. Currently am having a ulcer in my upper gingival area. To mention my general conditions are all ok. Plz help me. How to get rid of this? Is there any particular treatment for this? Other than symptomatic treatment.
