Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir, I'm suffering from acidity prblm from some days, and taking "Pentoz dsr " and "Melzap md" from 6 days, and now suffering from tooth sensation, and also some black spot on tongue from 2 days...also not sensing of food taste, suggest some useful guidelines to cure this problem...thnks.

Hi Doctor, I have a pimple/ lump inside my inner cheek (mouth) next to my tooth. It does not hurt + there is no bleeding. Also it is constant in size since the last 4-5 days. I am attaching the image. I am a bit distressed right now as I am unable to visit a doctor and get this checked due to the lockdown. Your help would be greatly appreciated. + I am a smoker and have reduced my consumption.

Dear concern, Suffering from osmf...left tobacco 3 years back ...checked with ent doc when quit bad habits and getting treatment from there and in these 3 years things getting better as in mouth start getting pink but in small pace but from last 26 days getting this . something look like ulcer..using kenakort and taking antioxidant sm fibro..but still it's not getting any relif kind of thing ..please find the attached of this ulcer look things.. worried that it won't be a cancerous ulcer...

I am to undergo RCT but owing to lockdown, unable to get it started... there has been slight pain since last 10 days but taking meds... here is the current situation of the tooth.. will I loose the tooth in case RCT is delayed ?

I got infection in my wisdom teeth last year and was prescribed to take indclav 625 thrice a day for 5 days. This year same problem started. Due to lockdown I couldn't get doctor appointment and used old prescription to get indclav 625 , took it twice a day for 5 days. By 5th day of medicine my pain reduced. I took 10 tabs only this time. Last time had 15 tabs. Will it lead to bacterial resistance?? Also i am having severe constipation since i completed the dose, and rectal bleeding happened. Is it due to medicine side effects? I am not a constipation patient otherwise.

Recently I have seen some white patches in the middle of the toungue of my son who is 23 months old , I have tried to remove it by my finger but it is stiff. Please let me know what can we do, is it any type of infection and why it may have happened. Attaching Image for you reference. Thanks.

Hello Doctor, Past 2-3 months i am suffering from dry lips which irritates and itched a lot. sometimes it become red and swollen. these all happens on upper lip line mostly. i consulted a doctor, she prescribed me metrogyl and kenacort ointment. i am apply it from 15 days. My lips heals whenever i apply it and then it started all over again. Its not healing completely. I have attached picture for the reference.
