Regarding dental problem
Hi this is kalyan and I am 24 yrs. I am surfuring from dental issue like I am getting pain after the last teeth in the lower jaw. When i speak or when eat something i am getting some pain. It's like a pimple inside. So i would request you to give some solution to it Thanks and regards Kalyan

For the time being, do have these medicines prior to visit dentist, T. augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets. T.metrogyl 400, 3 times/day.after food 10 tablets. T.ultracet/zerodol PT, maximum 3 tablets a day, if pain,after food T. Roles D,once a day, before food,for 4 days T.A to z gold, once a day, after food,10 tablets. If difficulty in opening mouth or chewing or swallowing, these are usually associated with  tooth infection. If feverish, that can be as a secondary  infection from tooth.

visit dentist even if the symptoms gets subsided.do not neglect

do not do hot compression /balm/ointment application extra-orally. avoid very hot/cold/hard/sweet/sticky food soft diet do not neglect brushing after meal, be careful to not brush harshly on the sensitive area or gum. hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in for sometime; you can do it for few times a day, if it's relieving your pain, even partially.

According to your history it might be an infected wisdom tooth. An x ray is must for proper evaluation. For pain reduction you can use the following: Tab zerodol MR 1-1-1 ×5days after food Tab augmentin 1 -0-1 × 5days after food

1. visit dentist as early as possible. 2. Do warm salt water gargling 5 times a day. 3. medication is only a temporary pain relief for permanent solution visit dentist. 4. Donot use medication more than 5 days. if pain doesnot reduce visit dentist. 5. if found any allergic symptoms to medication stop the medicines and visit a doctor.
