Hi,
My braces got broke during lockdown and I some how managed it to fix it with fevi quick.
But still my teeth has crooked.
I got suggestion from practo to visit my earlier orthodontics but I did my treatment done in Pune and right now I am in Bangalore.
Yesterday I went to dentist and she told me that I need to wear braces again.😣
Any suggestions on this .
Please recommend me the doctor where I can do the treatment in less price as I have spend enough.

Hello, really sad that u broke your braces ( I guess you trying to mean the wire which is glued on to the back of your front teeth) . It usually doesn’t break unless you are trying to fiddle it with your tongue or fingers. Kindly, don’t use fevi quick. That will damage your teeth. Dentist must have suggested you to undergo a re-treatment may be because there would have been sufficient unwanted tooth movements seen. I am an Orthodontist in Bangalore. Repeatedly doing orthodontic treatment may prove to be harmful as may result in your tooth foundation getting week or your teeth getting more prone to secondary decay due to enamel hypocalcification.
You could be well advised to maintain current status or have an esthetic realignment of teeth thru noninvasive veneers or other modalities best decided after consultation

Please do not use feviquick on ur braces or tooth it will harm ur tooth surface. Also even if it’s broken and it’s not giving you any trouble in chewing it’s ok to let it be currently . If the wires have gotten loose u can visit any near by general dentist to cut the wire . U can continue and complete your braces treatment after the lockdown .Also about the price if your rest of tooth brackets are place it won’t cost you much for the remaining treatment , assuming u have spend a lot means u must have complete a number of sittings already .u can discuss the costing and continue .
