Recently I recovered from infection in my wisdom teeth, using antibiotics. After a week, I'm having small swelling again in the opposite wisdom teeth's gum. This is giving rise to pain during jaw opening and even near tonsil area. Had a very mild fever for one hour. Currently using painkiller and rinsing mouth using salt water. There's no blood or big swelling as such. Please suggest what to do. Also for further consultation should i consult a dentist or ENT specialist as there's no effect/pain in the teeth.
