Tooth and Mouth Problems

Huge pain in teeth since lockdown starts. Any dental doctor is not available for dental treatment. What should we do?

Hlo doctor, plz suggest me some medication ,My wisdom teeth appears on my right upper side of mouth...I am suffering from pain in my right side of mouth and temporomandibular joint even I am not able to open the mouth while eating ...I felt pain while opening mouth or chewing food ...plz suggest me something because in lockdown condition I'm not able to do something.

Hii.. i've noticed small white patches on my upper and lower gums .. it painless and not even bothering me.. im also a smoker so should i be worried about these spots.. Im attaching the pics

I'm getting frequent pain in the left side of my mouth. I suppose it's due to cavity. Could there be any possible way to recover. I donot see any specific situation when I get the pain like eating or sleeping but it's there.

Upper and lower jaw pain is persistent. What can be done for now to avoid pain. Is RCT mandatory for this case?

I have pain in my left jaw. I don't have cavity. From long time a small tooth is growing from the corner of the below left jaw. It's hurting from 2days

Severe pain on the right side occurs at night once I lie down . Throughout the day I don't experience anything uncomfortable. Also I don't see any visible cavities so I am not sure about that either .

A couple of days ago, I thought something was stuck between my teeth, and I flossed and a small part of tooth apparently had broken and came out. It seems to be because of a decayed tooth. The tooth is a premolar. When I feel it with my tongue there seems to be a hole, and the edges are a little sharp. There is mild sensitivity, and barely there heavy feeling, as if something is odd. But no pain as of yet. Since all the clinics are closed, I was wondering what I could do to avoid from decaying of the tooth further, and or any infection. I have been flossing regularly, using a mouthwash, and rinsing my mouth properly after every meal.

I have some red patches on tongue which appears naturally and  heals down without medication and again reappears within some days and again it heals down What is this?

There is a clicking sound whenever i am opening my jaw... sometimes it is paining also in addition to that there is headache ear pain but after doing exercises earpain is gone nd there is little headache but jaw is still paining sometimes. what to do
