Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have problem of dryness in mouth since 2 to 3 months even i drink of lot of water in a day. Due to lockdown i am not able to go to dental clinic...plz tell me any tratment or medicines🙏🙏

Since last one month on both sides of my cheek there is a round like structure whose outline is red nd inside it there is white colour something. the round structure is very small as well as soft. it is not paining. it is so small I can feel it only when the tounge comes in contact with it nd it's size is neither increasing nor decreasing. what it can be

I was having white patch on both the side of tounge one side its totally gone but another side its still there ,i will attach the pics ,i use to smoke ,drink and some time chew guthka.I am worried what exactly it is .please help me doctor.

Im type 1 diabetic and I'm suffering from bad breath from a long time. I've visited dentist 2 months ago and got my teeth cleaned and cement filling done. According to the dentist my mouth was all good. But even after getting all the treatment done I still have breath. Ps- I brush twice daily, use mouth wash 2-3 times daily and I also use tongue scraper. What else can I do to keep my mouth clean and my breath fresh. Please help!
