Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having severe pain like drilling in my wisdom tooth.its been 4-5 days passed but still have gum swelling and can't eat properly from that left side bottom, suggest me advice for relief

Hi, I have bumps on tongue back side near the throat from past 1 1/2 month and small lymph node at right side neck( paining at swollen part) sometimes pain in right ear , uncomfort feeling in throat. Recently from one week I am observing small red dots at tip of tongue and side( small little burning) also little pain in tooth/molars( jaws). Plz suggest me do I need consult dentist or ent ...let me know what exactly it is... Thanks..

I had some fillings on the left side last year. I will get regular cleanings done.I have toothache in the right side for past 2 days.it started after I take fish and chicken after a long time.means I didn't eat those past 2 months. I did chew those a lot.it started off with dull toothache on the right side.it was there on top side first. then I felt some pain on the down side too.it was like needle pain and the whole right end side is not comfortable. I avoided eating on that side past 2 days. today I see some swelling on the end of the right down side.its close to my ears and end of the jaw. I have already taken wisdom tooth on the lower side and upper wisdom tooth is still there. I have bad breadth and smells very bad. the Swelling is at the end of the lower jaw. does it related to any tooth or sinus issue?I have sinus issue and never had any swelling like this before. I am in US and dentist office here all closed. what could be the issue? upper wisdom tooth has small cavity.pls help

I dont know the area name i have pointed out in mouth opening may be faucial band  ...this area is streching  and collor is change to little yellow white pink ..opposite one is fully pink cause i was not eating gutka from that side...and even can feel  my cheek is a bit stiff as compared to left side buccal mucosa cheek  .. ...when i squeeze my cheeks i can see a white line on mucosa which is only there where i used to chew gutka it covers 40 percent of buccal mucosa only on right side ..the scar is of cheek bite which is improving day by day so i am not worried about that  ...only a little burning sensation is there while having hot and spicy food .my mouth opening is also more than 5.5 cm that is 55mm but i can feel a little streching on faucial band of effected area ...i had words with some different doctor on this app but its hard for them also to corecctly diagnoss it by looking pic soo different different medicine is peescribed but looking to my symstoms i fell it is osmf

Scratchy feelin in tongue and inside mouth...it is started approx 2 months before with itchy and cough in throat now i m feeling like my all tongue got sctached and burni g in lips

My teeth are looking in yellow colour. It is not getting white.  Can u suggest any medicine for this problem.

I have done RCT of my teeth 7 month ago, but now I have pain in that teeth from last 7 days when I eat or sometimes, so I go to dentist to for checking. so she checked with x-ray and she said everything okay and give medicine and mothwash, but my teeth is still paining sometimes. What to do? Please help.
