Tooth and Mouth Problems

While I am diognosed with osmf III 6, months back, now, BIG ROUND ULCERS  ON BOTH THE LIPS WITH DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE ADDING MORE AND ON UPPER LIP ALSO., SINCE  4 MONTHS UNHEALING. White patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth, patches inside white scar like is seen. Under the tongue, reddish scar like is seen, Lot of burning sensation inside the cheeks and mouth. Lot of mouth watering is happening. Unable to eat with NO CHILLY ITEMS. SINCE ULCERS ARE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS I SUSPECT SQAMOUS CARCINOMA.

I'm having some bumps on back of my tounge near throat which are non painfull...what they are... For information-I had taken antibiotics for 15 days due to throat infection....and also having deficiency of vitamin B12. I can't take photo of it but similer google image is attached

Hi Doctor earlier i was having in both the side one side it disappear its own but another side it slightly reduce without any medicine i am worried is it cancerous or anything else.please find the attached pics.

Pls dont give attention to cheack bite aur gutka scar cause its improving day by day ...there is a white film on mucosa upper  line and small black spots ...there is only 2 question i want to ask ...pls suggest whatever you think but if possible answer this question by keeping in mind that i have osmf 1)does this infection osfm effect submandibular lymp node which is under the jaw ..just below wisdom tooth ...does osmf sweel lymph node ...? 2)does very early detection of osmf can be cured completly by lycopene like lycored ...and antioxident like sm fibro...vitamin a....b complex ...c and iron with corticosteroid oinment ..and total brake to betel tabaco and alcohol...can it be cured totaly ...?

I have a problem of receding gums at my lower front teeth... It seems to be loosening my tooth if the gum is not strengthened sooner. Please suggest me natural ways of healing this receding gums.
