Plaque accumulation is not a problem , not removing it or NOT BEING ABLE TO REMOVE IT can be an issue If u r brushing twice daily , I advice u to keep your brush soft(to avoid damages due to harsh brushing) and use a mouth wash ( chlorhexidine based) With warm saline
Next Steps
learn proper brushing technique from online videos
Health Tips
Over brushing can sometimes be more hazardous than under brushing..

Hello. You can rinse daily with warm salt water no issue with that. Seems you are trying to maintain good oral hygiene. Some people oral cavity have tendency to accumulate more dental plaque as compared to others. For this you can use one mouthwash called Clohex ADS 5ml BD daily after having food and before sleep. This will reduce the plaque accumulation tendency.
Next Steps
You can try for 2 weeks and check for results.

If no H/o high blood pressure, salt water gargle can be done as many times as you want. Use mouthwash once in every 2 days.orahex pro,  5-10 drops,  take raw in mouth,  hold for 2-3 minutes and spit out,  do not swallow. Do not eat drink or rinse mouth for next half an hour. Use mouth wash once every 2 days, after meal. After brushing twice daily after food, Wipe off all surfaces of teeth with soft clean cotton cloth with moderate pressure which will further smoothen the teeth surfaces, that will lead to least accumulation of microorganisms on tooth surface >> less chances of caries initiation and further food lodgement. Tongue cleaning thoroughly with clean and wet cotton cloth.daily after food.
