See rinsing is the best option to maintain hygiene.i suggest you do with water only because mouthwash causes stains and saline water causes burning after regular use

Regular rinsing with warm salt water is fine for everyday use. Remnants of food particles on teeth will lead to staining when using mouthwash.

Salt water mouth rinse has no such side effects,only patients with high BP should avoid regular use of salt water.
Any alcohol based mouth wash should not be used regularly, 5-6 days every month is fine.

Yes it's completely ok to do like warm saline rinse to maintain oral hygiene.
See if you already doing warm rinse I don't think you need mouth wash... Well any mouthwash should not be used more than 15 days to 1 month

Its ok to rinse with lukewarm water ..on daily basis you can use mouthwash which is free of alcohol
