Luke warm water rinse
For maintaining a good oral hygiene is it ok. To. Use luke warm. Salt water rinsing 2 time in a days after doing brushing it is good for maintaining a healthy gums and teeth. And can in a ulternated days can we use clohex Ads anti discoloration mouthwash one time in a day it will. Not make your teeth stained na can we use 1 month mouth. Wash and salt water rinsing just like alternated day using and next two days continuesly used luke warm. Salt water rinsing.  And plz also tell me for maintaining healthy teeth gums which paste is good plz tell me the name

Hi...Add salt  in lukewarm water and gargle thoroughly for 4 to 5 times a day.I recommend Hexidine mouth wash.Any mouth wash it has to be used only for 15 days not regularly to prevent staining of the teeth. Method of usage: Gargle twice daily for 15 days only.Morning after meal and night before bed.This prevents food accumulation and bacterial growth in the oral cavity Regarding tooth paste,use the paste regularly what u r using.Avoid using gels.Any paste u can use,but proper brushing using correct technique is important.

Fir maintaining oral hygiene brushing twice a day with soft bristle brush in a proper technique , rinsing with warm saline gourgles . U can use mouthwash  on and often but not continously . Colgate total is good u can use that .
