Plz tell me best mouthwash for using  1 month for maintaining a proper healthy teeth and gums which mouthwash is good for using it 1 month and also tell me is it ok to. Do. Gargel with luke salt water rinsing 2 time in a day for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and chloex ads anti discoloration mouthwash is good for using a long term without any side effects and is it ok to use this mouthwash in an alternative days

Hi...Add salt  in lukewarm water and gargle thoroughly for 4 to 5 times a day.I recommend Hexidine mouth wash.Any mouth wash it has to be used only for 15 days not regularly to prevent staining of the teeth.

U can use mouthwash  for 1 month not more then that . Chlohex antidiscoloration mouthwash  is good but limits its use also . U can do alternate days mouthwash  and warm lukewarm water .
