Hi,
For maintaining dental hygiene, salt water rinse once or twice a day is enough.
You can rinse thrice daily with salt water if you have any pain or bleeding.
Hello dear
Please be calm
See salt water rinses are given in specific conditions.they are not recommended for routine conditions.for further details you can consult me on online or off-line mode
Thanks
Don't use it unnecessary as it won't do any good. Lukewarm salt water has no significant benifit for cleaning. For cleaning and maintenance of oral hygiene you need mouth rinse which should have anti microbial and anti cavity agents. Even though u can't use mouth rinse everyday. Just brushing twice a day and rinsing mouth after every meal is enough.
If you feel it's ok then continue ... not a mandatory one....it can kill normal flora in mouth

Dear Patient
Anything too much is bad. Thrice a day gargle is not a problem . But you can reduce it to twice a day. Unless you have some oral infection presently.
As such there are no side effects. But too much salt is also not good.
