Hello. Any Fluoridated toothpaste is good.
It is more important to focus on the correct brushing technique. Brushing must be done for 2-3mins and not longer. Use a soft bristle toothbrush for brushing.
Avoid hard brushing as it may cause injury to your gums.
Brush your teeth twice daily. Use a floss.
Gargle after every meal and Maintain proper tongue hygiene.
Undergo Scaling and polishing (professional teeth cleaning) every 6 months to keep your teeth clean and gums healthy and firm.
Please visit an orthodontist regarding your cheekbite to check the occlusion.

Salt water gargle twice a day is the best mouthwash
About toothpaste, which one have you been using ?
It's mainly the method of brushing that matters
Twice a day would be recommended.
And the cheek bite will be fine on its own.
Professionally cleaning is required once in every 6 month of interval...Warm saline gargles ( warm salty water) twice daily is good enough .Medicated mouthwash should be taken only when prescribed by a dentist .
U can apply mucopain on cheek to relieve the pain .
